Believe in Yourself

FBB Pro Evelyn Flaharty speaks candidly about her experience during her Pro Debut at the Legion Sports Fest in Reno, Nevada. According to Evelyn, “you manifest what you believe. Therefore, you must maintain a positive attitude and believe in yourself”.

This was the hardest prep Evelyn had ever done. The pandemic forced Evelyn to do all her training from home since the gyms were closed for months but she remained focused and committed. She refused to allow the pandemic to rob her of her moment. Her goal was to present the best package she could and she did. Evelyn was extremely happy with her physique and her stage presentation was awesome.
